Stacey Plaskett was born and brought up in New York and her parents hailed from Saint Croix region of US Virgin Islands. Stacey’s father worked with the Police Department in New York and her mother was working in US Judicial Department. She had an interesting childhood and grew up between migrants and other students as her parents offered support to such people.
She completed her primary education from Brooklyn Friends School and later joined Grace Lutheran Elementary school.
